Swedetown offers something for everyone: the gentle 5k Green Trail; the 8k Bearchase Trail is gentle with a long uphill return; the 5k Backcountry Trail is less frequently groomed for classic only; the 2.5k Blue Trail with short, more steep hills and the challenging 8k Red trail with lots of fast turns and exciting descents.
The 30k of trails are groomed daily for skating and classic skiing.
Daily or season pass required.
Operated and maintained by Calumet Township and the Copper Island Cross Country Ski Club.Chalet with snack bar open daily. 5k of loops lighted until 10 pm for night skiing. Groomed sledding hill. Fishing, picnicing, hiking, biking available in summer.
